Here you can learn more about personalized ads, how they are delivered to you, and how you can control your advertising preferences. Residents of certain states, including California, have a right to opt-out of the sale and sharing of your information, as well as the processing of your data to deliver personalized ads.
What are personalized ads? Personalized ads, sometimes referred to as targeted or interest-based ads, are advertisements delivered to you based on information about you and your interactions with websites, with the goal of delivering ads that may be relevant and interesting to you.
What happens if I opt-out of receiving personalized ads? If you opt-out of personalized ads below, DeepIntent will not use your information to deliver relevant ads to you. You will still receive the same number and volume of ads, however they will not be personalized.
You may also continue to receive ads provided by Deepintent.com on other websites, but those ads will be based on the content you are interacting with at the moment instead of based on your personal information. Note that even if you choose not to be served personalized ads above, you may receive personalized product recommendations and other similar features on Deepintent.com and its affiliated sites.
Because your selection above is managed through HTTP cookies, if you delete these cookies or use a different browser, you will have to make this same selection again.
How else can I manage my advertising preferences? You can control your privacy choices and whether or not you receive personalized ads through the browser based Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If you use the GPC signal then your privacy choices, including opt-outs for the selling, sharing, and processing of your information, will be automatically shared when you visit a website integrated with the GPC. You can check whether or not the GPC signal is enabled at the top of the page. Additional information on the GPC signal can be found on the GPC website.
DeeIntent is integrated with the Global Privacy Platform’s (“GPP”) US Privacy String. This allows DeepIntent’s partners, including publishers, clients, and data vendors, to pass opt-outs to DeepIntent via the GPP Privacy String. You can find out more about the GPP here.
You can also generally opt-out of receiving personalized ads from third party advertisers and ad networks who are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI). You can visit the NAI interest-based advertising opt-out page and learn more about the solutions they offer here.
You can similarly opt-out of receiving personalized ads from third party advertisers and ad networks who follow the Digital Advertising Alliance’s (“DAA”) Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising. The DAA provides “YourAdChoices” and “AppChoices” tools to manage the processing of your information and personalized advertising. YourAdChoices provides AdChoices controls for the web. You can find out more here. And AppChoices provides similar AdChoices controls for your mobile device. You can find out more here.
